- Planning meetings with Customers and organizing project logistics.
- PoC explanation & maintaining documentation/SOPs.
- Pitch solutions to a customer and explain all the features and advantages of a particular product or service.
- Determine the technical requirement to meet customer goals.
- Providing information about products and services to customers including demonstrations and presentation of new features.
