Working experience of around 02 yrs in International Air-freight forwarding with knowledge of air freight + shipping documentation + customer service. Freshers may qualify too with basic skills +
positive attitude and ready to learn new things A Good practical knowledge of MS-Office & She must be Internet savvy
Key Responsibilities
Shipment Coordination Manage import, export, air-freight and domestic shipments
Documentation- Prepare and verify PODs/AWBs/Checklists/ INV & PLs and other shipping docs
Liners/Transporters/Overseas and IATA agents/Vendors coordination - Liaise with airlines,
transporters, customs brokers, Pkg. suppliers and overseas agents.
Customer Service- Provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
