Role & responsibilities

- Conduct market research and field surveys in and around Andheri East.

- Collect and analyze data on customer preferences, demographics, and buying behavior.

- Gather information on competing residential and commercial projects.

- Identify and create databases of local corporates, businesses, and potential customer groups.

- Support promotional and brand awareness activities related to the project launch.

- Prepare survey reports and present findings to the marketing team.

Preferred candidate profile

- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related fields.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis.

- Willingness to travel locally for surveys and field research.
