Description

Design, develop, and maintain Workday reports to provide actionable workforce insights aligned with global HR standards. Collaborate with HR leaders and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Promote continuous improvement by automating reporting processes and adopting Workday enhancements.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop,



and optimize Workday reports
- Configure calculated fields and custom reports
- Manage Workday modules
- Maintain and enhance existing reporting solutions
- Establish and document reporting processes
- Define and monitor KPIs
- Partner with HR and business stakeholders
- Provide insights and recommendations
- Analyze Workday updates
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance

Requirements :

- 12+ years of experience
- Expertise in Workday Report Writer, Workday Core HR, PS Workforce Administration, Workday Recruitment, Workday Security, Workday Talent and Performance, Workday Benefit & Compensation
