Edvirexa Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated, organised, and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to recruitment, and the ability to identify and hire suitable candidates for various positions within the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination.
- Post job vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Review resumes and assess candidates according to job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and evaluate candidates' communication skills and suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and interview records.
- Communicate professionally with candidates regarding interview updates, selection decisions, and onboarding.
- Assist with offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding formalities for selected candidates.
- Support employee engagement and other HR-related activities as required.

Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.




- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organisational, and time-management skills.
- Confidence in conducting interviews and screening calls.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with Indeed, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or MS Office is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

Probation Period and Salary Structure
- The initial 2 months will be a probation period.
- During this period, the candidate's performance, communication skills, recruitment efficiency, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated.
- Upon successful completion of the probation period and confirmation by the company, the salary will range from ₹20,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on performance and company policy.
