Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Talent Acquisition team with recruitment activities. Candidates with 36 months of experience in recruitment, BPO hiring, telecalling, or non-IT hiring will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
- Support hiring for BPO, customer support, telecalling, sales, and other non-IT positions.
- Maintain candidate trackers and update recruitment databases.




- Follow up with candidates regarding availability, notice periods, and joining dates.
- Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to support timely closures.
- Assist with daily recruitment reports and other Talent Acquisition activities.

Requirements
- 3 - 6 months of experience in recruitment, HR, talent acquisition, or a related calling role.
- Exposure to BPO hiring, customer support, telecalling, sales, or non-IT recruitment is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making calls and following up with candidates.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple candidates and interview schedules.
- Willingness to work from the office at Sarjapur Road, Bengaluru.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidates with prior experience in BPO recruitment, volume hiring, customer support hiring, or non-IT recruitment.
- Fresh graduates with relevant recruitment internship experience may also apply.
- Candidates who can join immediately or at short notice will be preferred.
