Guest Relations Executive - Luxury Jewellery

Location: Gurgaon (In-Store)

Work Week: 6 days, with mandatory weekends and one weekday off

Role Overview

We are looking for a polished, warm, and well-spoken Guest Relations Executive to be the first face of ORNAZ at our Gurgaon showroom. You will welcome every guest, set the tone for a refined luxury experience, and ensure a seamless journey from the moment clients walk in, whether they are browsing, attending a scheduled consultation, or following up on an order.

This role suits professionals with strong communication skills who enjoy creating a great first impression and are keen to grow in luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Client Welcome & Experience

- Greet and welcome every visitor with warmth and a premium standard of service
- Understand the purpose of each visit (consultation, browsing, order pickup, or after-sales) and guide clients to the right Jewellery Consultant
- Manage appointments, walk-in flow, and client hospitality in the showroom

Communication & Follow-Up

- Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and email enquiries professionally
- Confirm and schedule consultation appointments, and send reminders
- Record accurate client details, visits,



and enquiries in the CRM
- Follow up with clients on order status, delivery timelines, and after-sales requests

Store Standards & Coordination

- Maintain a clean, elegant, and well-presented reception and client lounge
- Support store visual standards and ensure a consistent luxury experience
- Coordinate with the sales, billing, and backend teams on customisation updates and deliveries
- Follow store security, visitor log, and opening/closing protocols

What We’re Looking For

- 1-2 years of experience in guest relations, reception, or a client-facing role (luxury retail, hospitality, or jewellery preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a confident and articulate manner
- A well-groomed, polished, and professional presence
- Ability to engage comfortably with premium clientele
- Strong organisation, multitasking, and follow-up discipline
- Working knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and WhatsApp client communication
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with high-value clients
