Intown Group is looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive with 23 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing paid advertising campaigns, generating qualified leads, optimizing campaign performance, and strengthening the company's online presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for residential and commercial real estate projects.
- Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Generate quality leads and improve conversion rates while optimizing cost per lead (CPL).
- Manage social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and coordinate promotional creatives, reels, videos, and property marketing content.
- Monitor campaign performance, advertising budgets, ROI, and lead quality.
- Manage website content, landing pages, on-page SEO, and basic off-page SEO activities.
- Implement retargeting campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and conversion tracking tools.
- Prepare regular campaign reports and recommend performance improvements.





Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 23 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing.
- Practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and campaign reporting.
- Robust analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Real estate digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
