Role Description The Creative Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end production of creative assets, including visual designs, written content, and branding materials for campaigns and corporate communications. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating project timelines, collaborating with designers and writers, ensuring brand consistency, and preparing deliverables for digital and offline channels.

Executive will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translate briefs into actionable production plans,



and track progress to ensure high-quality outputs delivered on schedule and within budget. The role also involves reviewing and refining creative work, maintaining production documentation, and supporting continuous improvement of creative processes and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present creative concepts clearly.
- Project management skills to plan, organize, and oversee multiple creative initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Branding and writing skills to translate brand guidelines into effective messaging and cohesive campaign materials.
- Graphic design skills to oversee or contribute to visual asset creation, with an understanding of layout, typography, and digital formats.
- Experience in creative or marketing production, preferably in an agency or in-house brand environment.
- Proficiency with common creative and collaboration tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, project management software).
- Ability to work in office in Bengaluru and coordinate with diverse teams in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant academic background in Design, Communications, Marketing, Media, or a related field is preferred.
