Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Chemical Engineer with expertise in chemical plant operations and boiler operations for our client in the chemical manufacturing industry at Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The candidate must hold a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering and possess the relevant Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification, along with substantial experience in plant operations, process control, and industrial safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor chemical plant and boiler operations to ensure safe, efficient, and uninterrupted production.
- Supervise boiler performance, operating parameters, pressure, temperature, and steam generation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable boiler regulations, statutory requirements, and industrial safety standards.
- Monitor chemical processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity and operational efficiency.




- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize plant downtime.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for smooth plant operations.
- Maintain boiler logbooks, operational records, inspection documentation, and production reports.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with environmental and workplace safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech in Chemical Engineering is mandatory.
- Valid Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) Certificate of Competency, as applicable to the role.
- 5–15 years of relevant experience in the chemical or process manufacturing industry.
- Solid knowledge of boiler operations, steam systems, process control, and plant safety.
- Good troubleshooting, team coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation Expected salary revision: 25%–30% hike on current CTC, depending on experience, technical expertise, and suitability.
