Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented Backend Executives to support the Medical Records Department (MRD) with documentation, data management, report preparation, and presentation-related work. Candidates should have strong computer skills, proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and be comfortable travelling across PAN India locations as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain medical records, documents, and departmental data.

- Prepare, update, and maintain reports using MS Excel.

- Create and edit presentations, including MRD-related PPTs, using MS PowerPoint.

- Ensure accurate data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.

- Coordinate with doctors, hospital staff, and other departments for required information.

- Assist in preparing inspection-related documents, reports, and presentations.

- Maintain trackers and ensure timely submission of reports.

- Verify data accuracy and maintain confidentiality of medical records.





- Support other backend and administrative activities as assigned.

- Travel to PAN India locations for documentation, inspection, and departmental support when required.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Positive documentation, data management, and reporting skills.

- Attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is mandatory.

- Experience in documentation, MIS, backend operations, or hospital administration will be preferred.
