Assistant Manager Security (Manufacturing Plant- Ratlam, MP

Role Purpose:

Responsible for managing plant security operations to ensure the safety of personnel, protection of assets, prevention of theft/pilferage, and compliance with security policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage access control, visitor management, surveillance, and perimeter security.
- Supervise security manpower and security agency operations.
- Monitor movement of employees, contractors, vehicles, and materials.
- Ensure smooth functioning of CCTV, access control, and other security systems.
- Conduct security patrols, inspections, and surprise audits.
- Prevent and investigate theft, pilferage, fraud, and security violations.
- Handle security incidents, emergency response,



and crisis situations.
- Coordinate with HR, EHS, Production, Logistics, and local authorities.
- Maintain security records, compliance, and monthly security reports.

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (Security Management/Industrial Security certification preferred). Experience: 7-10 years of experience in industrial/manufacturing security operations.
