Role Description The AI Automation Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur, responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI-driven automation solutions for client businesses. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing existing processes, identifying automation opportunities, and building workflows that integrate AI, robotics, and control systems with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise platforms. The role involves configuring and maintaining automation tools, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting technical issues to ensure reliable, scalable, and secure operation.

The AI Automation Engineer will collaborate with consulting, marketing,



and technology teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, prepare documentation and SOPs, and support deployment, testing, and continuous improvement of automation projects. The position also includes staying current with emerging AI, automation, and integration technologies and recommending enhancements that drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Electrical Engineering, with practical knowledge of control systems and industrial automation.
- Hands-on experience in Automation and Process Control, including designing and optimizing automated workflows.
- Skills in Robotics and AI-enabled systems, with the ability to integrate hardware and software for automated solutions.
- Advanced Troubleshooting abilities for diagnosing and resolving issues in automation, integration, and control environments.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or similar enterprise systems, and familiarity with APIs, system integration, or middleware tools.
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language commonly used in automation or AI (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar).
- Understanding of cloud platforms, data security practices, and scalable architecture for automation solutions.
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with AI workflows, RPA tools, or business process automation in consulting or service environments is an advantage.
