Role & Responsibilities

- Lead curriculum strategy, accreditation alignment, and pedagogical innovation across asynchronous and synchronous remote learning models.
- Oversee faculty development, academic standards, and instructional design to ensure quality delivery and learner outcomes.
- Partner with product and engineering teams to embed academic workflows into LMS and adaptive learning platforms.
- Monitor KPIs for course completion, retention, and assessment performance; drive data-backed academic interventions.
- Represent the academic vision externally — to accreditation bodies, partners, and institutional stakeholders.




- Build and mentor a distributed team of academic leads and instructional designers across India.
