Job Description: Planning & Billing Engineer

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, work programs, and milestone plans.
- Monitor project progress against approved schedules and identify delays or deviations.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of planned activities.
- Prepare client RA bills and verify subcontractor and vendor bills.
- Measure executed work and maintain accurate billing records.
- Track project quantities, work progress, and cost performance.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, MIS reports, and project dashboards.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, accounts, and project managers for billing and planning activities.
- Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and cash flow planning.
- Review BOQs, drawings, and contract documents for billing and planning purposes.
- Support project management with resource planning and project forecasting.
- Ensure all billing documentation complies with contractual terms and company procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in planning and billing for civil construction projects.




- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Required Skills :

- Strong understanding of construction planning, project scheduling, and billing processes.
- Knowledge of BOQs, quantity estimation, RA billing, and project documentation.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project for project scheduling.
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with project cost monitoring and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹13,141.45 - ₹65,238.56 per month
