We are looking for Senior Engineer Application for our team at Pune or Gurgaon location

Key Responsibilities : Project Management: Leads small to medium sized engineering projects, coordinating resources and timelines to achieve project objectives.

Key Skills: Effective Communication: Proficient in conveying difficult or sensitive information and fostering consensus.

Complex Problem Solving: Ability to solve sophisticated technical issues through analytical judgment. Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously with mínimal supervision.

Mentorship and Support: Acts as a resource for junior engineers, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to enhance team expertise.

Market and Competitive Awareness: Knowledge of market differentiators and competitive landscape to drive strategic initiatives.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze multiple sources of information to make informed strategic decisions.

Documentation and Record Keeping: Skilled in creating, maintaining and adhering to accurate technical requirements, documentation and records.

Other Qualifications: 4 Year Bachelors degree AND 8+ years equivalent experience
