Job description

AI & Machine Learning Development

- Develop AI-driven solutions for areas such as:

- Customer service automation

- Intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants

- Revenue optimization

- Flight operations analytics

- Predictive maintenance

- Passenger personalization

- Crew and resource optimization

Generative AI & LLM Solutions

- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation ( RAG ) architectures and prompt engineering strategies.
- Fine-tune and evaluate AI models for accuracy, safety, and performance.
- Monitor AI systems for hallucinations, bias, and compliance risks.

Data Engineering & Integration

- Collaborate with data engineers and architects to build scalable AI pipelines.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems,



APIs, cloud platforms, and operational databases.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and security standards are maintained.

Deployment & Optimization

- Monitor model performance and continuously improve AI systems.
- Optimize AI workloads for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency.

Collaboration & Innovation

- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and define use cases.
- Support innovation initiatives and digital transformation programs within the airline.
- Stay updated with the latest AI trends, tools, and emerging technologies.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per month
