- Prepare 2D drawings such as floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
- Design residential and commercial buildings as per client requirements.
- Develop 3D elevations and basic concept visuals.
- Prepare working drawings for construction, including furniture and detail drawings.
3D Visualization
- Create 3D models and elevation designs.
- Support design presentations with visual concepts.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with structural engineers and project teams.
- Ensure architectural drawings align with structural drawings.
- Update drawings when required.
Client Interaction
- Attend client meetings to understand requirements.
- Explain design concepts and drawings.
- Make revisions based on client feedback.
Site Coordination
- Coordinate with site engineers and contractors.
- Visit project sites when required.
- Assist the team during project execution.
Requirements :
- B.Arch degree in Architecture :
- 2-5 years of relevant experience :
- Experience in architectural drawings and 3D design
- Good communication and coordination skills
