Job Summary

We are looking for an organized and proactive Project Coordinator - Firefighting & ELV Systems to support project execution, coordination, and documentation activities. The role involves working closely with project managers, site teams, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth execution of firefighting and ELV projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist the Project Manager in planning and execution of firefighting and ELV projects.
- Coordinate between site engineers, procurement team, vendors, and clients .
- Track project progress, schedules, and milestones .
- Ensure smooth communication between all stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and records .
- Track submittals, approvals, drawings, and technical documents .
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports .
- Maintain project trackers for materials, manpower, and activities .
- Follow up with procurement team and vendors for material delivery.
- Monitor material requirements and site inventory status .
- Track purchase orders,



delivery schedules, and approvals .
- Schedule and coordinate project meetings with clients and consultants .
- Prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM) and track action items.
- Follow up for approvals, clarifications, and site access permissions .
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for daily activities.
- Monitor installation progress of firefighting and ELV systems .
- Assist in testing, commissioning, and inspection coordination .
- Assist in preparing RA bills and project billing documentation .
- Track project progress vs billing milestones .
- Maintain project cost and work completion records .

Required Skills :

- Robust coordination and communication skills .
- Good knowledge of project documentation and reporting .
- Experience in MS Excel, Word, and project tracking sheets .
- Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings .
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously .

Educational Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sanathnagar, Hyderabad, Telangana
