Experience : Minimum 4-5 Years Industry :Real Estate / Construction**
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain stock of all building materials (cement, steel, electrical, plumbing, finishing items, etc.)
- Record inward & outward material entries accurately
- Ensure proper storage and safety of materials
- Coordinate with site engineers and supervisors for material requirements
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely procurement
- Prepare daily / monthly stock reports
Requirements :
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience as Store Keeper in real estate / construction projects
- Complete knowledge of building materials
- Basic knowledge of billing, challans, and stock registers
- Honest, organized, and responsible
Job Types : Full time, Permanent
