This role involves using a smartphone app for navigation, ensuring timely deliveries, earning incentives based on performance, and operating with flexibility.

- Package Delivery : Delivering parcels, including during high-volume events like Big Billion Days.
- Customer Service : Ensuring safe, accurate, and prompt delivery of items to customers.
- Technology Use : Utilizing the Ekart app for managing deliveries, tracking routes, and updating parcel status.
- Local Logistics : Navigating local areas to pick up or deliver goods (can include on-foot deliveries in hilly areas).
- Documentation : Handling necessary digital confirmation during delivery

Required Skills and Qualifications





- Smartphone : A functioning smartphone is required.
- Vehicle : A two-wheeler (bike/scooty) is generally required for transport.
- Documentation : A valid Driver’s License and Aadhaar Card.
- Age : Usually 18+ years old.
