- 3+ years of experience specifically in:

- Industrial leasing (warehouses, mobile/ electronic factories, BTS facilities)

- Logistics parks / 3PL requirements

- Institutional clients (School, college, hospitals, R&D; centre MNCs, e-commerce, data centres)

1. Core Skills RequiredA. Leasing, Negotiation & Transaction Structuring
- Ability to handle large-scale industrial leases (50k - 500k+ sq ft).
- Expertise in:

- Technical evaluation of industrial/cold shell spaces

- Rental benchmarking & CAM structures

- BTS (Built-to-Suit) negotiations

- Long-term institutional lease structures (9-15 years)

- Familiar with critical industrial leasing terms:

- Clear height, floor load capacity, docking ratio

- Power load, fire & safety compliance

- Zoning, conversion charges, utility norms

B. Market Intelligence & Regulatory Knowledge

- Deep understanding of:

- Electronic manufacturing, Research and development centers, training centers

- Logistics demand drivers in NCR

- Industrial policy , warehousing norms, and NOCs

- Universities, international education institutions, schools, clubs, banquets

- Strong ethics and transparent deal handling (critical for institutional clients)

- Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate; MBA in real estate, logistics, or marketing preferred
- Certifications in industrial real estate, supply chain, or CRE (optional but advantageous)
- A vehicle and valid license for field mobility.

- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of qualified institutional leads generated
- Site visits & proposal submissions
- Industrial leasing closures per quarter
- Volume of space leased (sq ft)
- New relationships established with park developers & institutional landlords
- Quality of market intelligence updates shared with clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
