Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform venous blood sample collection following proper aseptic techniques.
- Ensure correct labeling, storage, and handling of samples before sending to partner laboratories.
- Maintain infection control protocols and biomedical waste disposal standards.
- Assist doctors and counsellors during patient consultations and procedures.
Patient Care & Counselling Support
- Provide basic patient guidance regarding tests, procedures, and follow-ups.
- Support HIV/STI counselling team in patient coordination and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality and sensitivitywhile handling patient information.
Operations & Administration
- Register patients and maintain electronic or manual patient records.
- Coordinate home sample collection schedules when required.
- Maintain clinic supplies such as vacutainers, needles, PPE, and consumables.
- Ensure smooth clinic workflow and patient experience.
Outreach & Support Activities
- Support awareness programs and screening activities conducted by DrSafeHands.
- Assist in corporate or community testing camps if required.
Freshers with strong phlebotomy skills may also be considered. Required Skills :
- Good venipuncture and sample handling skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills in Telugu and English
- Ability to handle sensitive healthcare cases with empathy
- Organized and responsible Preferred Experience
- Experience in diagnostic labs or HIV/STI clinics
- Experience in home sample collection
- Experience working with confidential patient data Work Schedule
