- A Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, inventory control, and dispatch of goods.
- The role involves supervising warehouse staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and accurately.
- The Warehouse Supervisor maintains proper inventory levels through regular cycle counts, resolves discrepancies, and ensures all materials are handled, labeled, and stored correctly.
- They uphold safety standards by enforcing warehouse safety rules, conducting inspections, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained.
- Additionally, the role requires close coordination with procurement, logistics, and production teams to support smooth workflow.
- The Warehouse Supervisor also drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
