Fulfilment & Warehouse Operations Executive

This role is responsible for processing, packing and dispatching daily orders while ensuring the warehouse and fulfilment operations run smoothly .

You will work closely with the warehouse team, courier partners and internal teams to ensure orders are dispatched on time, returns and exchanges are processed correctly, and delivery issues are resolved quickly.

This is a hands-on operations role

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing & Dispatch

- Process daily orders through Shopify and ensure they are prepared for dispatch

- Coordinate picking, packing and labelling of orders with the warehouse team

- Ensure all orders are packed correctly and dispatched within defined timelines :

- Schedule and coordinate daily courier pickups via Shiprocket

Returns & Exchanges

- Manage customer returns and exchanges through Return Prime :

- Inspect returned products and ensure correct restocking or exchange processing

- Coordinate with the team to ensure exchange orders are dispatched quickly

- Track return reasons and flag recurring issues to the operations team

Warehouse Coordination

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities and set daily work priorities
- Ensure packing standards, stock handling and warehouse organisation are maintained
- Maintain explicit storage systems to ensure fast and accurate picking

Courier & Delivery Management

- Coordinate with courier partners through Shiprocket :

- Track delivery performance and address failed deliveries, RTOs and delays :





- Escalate operational issues with courier partners when needed

COD & Operational Reporting

- Assist with COD reconciliation in coordination with the finance team
- Maintain a simple daily report on orders processed, dispatched, returns and delivery issues

Peak Order Management

- Support fulfilment operations during sales, launches and high-order days

Must Have

- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment or logistics :

- Experience working in an e-commerce or D2C environment :

- Hands-on experience using Shopify, Shiprocket and Return Prime :

- Comfortable processing orders and working directly with warehouse operations :

- Experience coordinating with a small team

Nice to Have

- Experience handling high daily order volumes :

- Familiarity with COD reconciliation and RTO management :

- Experience with fashion/apparel fulfilment (size and colour variants)

Working Days : Monday - Friday Timings : 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Location : Khar West, Mumbai Compensation : Up to ₹5 LPA

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
