Job Title: Data Entry SAP Operator - Supply Chain (Warehouse)

Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry SAP Operator to manage warehouse-related data entry and SAP transactions. The role involves accurate system updates for inventory, dispatch, inward/outward materials, and coordination with supply chain teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Enter and update warehouse transactions in SAP (GRN, STO, Dispatch, Inventory Movements).
- Maintain accurate records of inward and outward stock.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and dispatch reports from SAP.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and procurement teams for data verification.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.




- Ensure proper documentation of invoices, delivery challans, and stock transfers.
- Perform regular stock reconciliation and data audits.
- Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in SAP (MM / WM module preferred).
- Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of inventory management processes.
- Good coordination and communication skills.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,104.23 per month
