Job Title : Inventory Verification Executive Location : Corporate Office - Kalamandir Jewellers

Job Summary : The Inventory Verification Executive is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of inventory by physically verifying stock and matching it with system records. The role involves regular audits, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining proper documentation, especially for high-value jewellery items.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct physical verification of jewellery inventory on a regular basis.
- Match physical stock with system records (ERP/Excel).
- Identify and report discrepancies such as shortages, excess stock, or mismatches.
- Maintain accurate records of stock verification and audit reports.
- Coordinate with tagging, dispatch, and warehouse teams for corrections.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.




- Assist in periodic audits and stock reconciliation processes.
- Monitor inventory movement and highlight irregularities.
- Follow strict security protocols while handling high-value items.

Requirements :

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in inventory verification/audit (jewellery/retail preferred).
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems or ERP.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel).
