Accounting & Financial Management

- Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Monitor general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Ensure proper recording of all business transactions.

FMCG Operations Accounting

- Monitor inventory accounting and stock valuation.
- Verify production costs, purchase costs, and cost of goods sold.
- Reconcile warehouse stock with accounting records.
- Track sales, discounts, schemes, incentives, and distributor claims.
- Analyze product-wise profitability and margins.

Taxation & Compliance

- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
- Maintain all statutory records and documentation.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

- Prepare MIS reports for management.
- Conduct variance analysis and financial performance reviews.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

Banking & Cash Management





- Manage banking transactions and reconciliations.
- Monitor company cash flow and working capital requirements.
- Coordinate with banks regarding loans, credit facilities, and documentation.

Team Management

- Supervise junior accountants and accounts staff.
- Review accounting entries and financial reports prepared by team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls and accounting procedures.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B. Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- Minimum 5-8 years of accounting experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles and Financial Reporting.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with inventory and cost accounting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, ERP systems, and Microsoft Excel.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
