Job Title: QA Executive (Quality Assurance Executive)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, SOPs, and company quality standards.
- Review and approve Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packing Records (BPR), and related quality documents.
- Conduct line clearance before the start of production and packaging activities.
- Perform in-process quality checks during manufacturing and packing.
- Monitor adherence to quality procedures across production and warehouse operations.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformities, customer complaints, and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, specifications, formats, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate change control, risk assessment, and document control activities.
- Conduct internal audits and support customer, regulatory, and certification audits.
- Ensure proper calibration and qualification status of equipment as per QA requirements.
- Monitor environmental and hygiene compliance in manufacturing areas.
- Coordinate with QC, Production, R&D;, and Regulatory teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Conduct quality training and GMP awareness sessions for employees.
- Ensure timely closure of audit observations and quality actions.

Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 22716, and cosmetic quality systems.
- Experience in documentation, audits, and quality compliance.
- Knowledge of CAPA, Change Control, Deviation Management,



and Risk Assessment.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation practices.

Eligibility Criteria

- Education : B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Sc./M.Sc. (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology), or any relevant science degree.
- Experience : Minimum 3-5 years in Quality Assurance within the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, personal care, or FMCG manufacturing industry.
- Experience in handling audits and quality documentation is preferred.
- Hands-on experience in cosmetic manufacturing quality systems.
- Knowledge of cosmetic regulatory requirements and ISO 22716 guidelines.
- Strong documentation and compliance management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, QC, R&D;, and Regulatory teams.
- Valuable leadership, coordination, and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
