Role Overview
We are looking for sharp, detail-oriented, and proactive Store Executives who can manage inventory with accuracy, support fast order fulfillment, and ensure smooth operations under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management : Receive, verify, record, and store implants & instruments with zero errors.
- Order Fulfillment : Pick, pack, and dispatch stock for surgeries within strict timelines.
- Quality Control : Ensure items are in good condition, and within expiry dates.
- Stock Returns & Audits : Track hospital returns, reconcile stock, and assist with audits.
- Coordination : Work closely with the Delivery Team, Scrub Techs, and Accounts Team for seamless execution.
- Reporting : Maintain daily records of stock movements and generate reports when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year experience in Storekeeping / Warehouse / Inventory Management (healthcare industry preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Inventory Software).
- Team player with a positive, disciplined, and proactive attitude .
