Experience: 2-4 years
Role Overview
Responsible for warehouse operations and purchase coordination in a medical device manufacturing environment, ensuring inventory control, timely procurement, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory and stock records
- Handle GRN and incoming material verification
- Issue materials with proper documentation
- Ensure FIFO / FEFO compliance
- Conduct stock audits and reconciliation
- Raise purchase requisitions and follow up with vendors
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and QA teams
Key Skills
- Inventory and warehouse management knowledge
- Understanding of FIFO/FEFO
- Basic procurement knowledge
- ERP familiarity (SAP/Tally preferred)
- Valuable coordination and accuracy
