What You'll Do

- Design and build AI agents that automate Google Ads campaign management — keyword research, ad copy generation, A/B testing, bid optimization, performance reporting
- Develop end-to-end SEO automation pipelines — content ideation, generation, optimization, publishing, and tracking
- Build AI-powered social media systems — content generation, scheduling, engagement, and analytics across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
- Integrate marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, social platforms) via their APIs
- Build internal dashboards and reporting tools that surface what's working and what isn't
- Work with LLMs (Claude, GPT, open-source models) — prompt engineering, fine-tuning where needed, RAG pipelines, agent frameworks
- Own marketing data infrastructure — collection, storage, querying, and ML/AI use cases on top of it

What We're Looking For

Must-have :

- Strong expertise in LLM integrations, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar)
- Solid Python skills; comfort with building production AI pipelines
- Experience building automations using third-party APIs (Google APIs, Meta APIs, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Strong database fundamentals — SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and ideally NoSQL (MongoDB)



and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)
- Working knowledge of automation/orchestration tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier — or the ability to build similar workflows from scratch
- Ability to design, ship, debug, and improve systems independently

Nice-to-have :

- Backend development experience (Node.js, FastAPI, or similar) — a strong value-add
- Prior experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4)
- Experience with SEO tooling (Ahrefs, SEMrush APIs, technical SEO)
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP)
- Healthcare or D2C startup experience
- Open-source contributions or side projects in the AI space
