JOB REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS: - 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). - Experience implementing and supporting Dynamics 365 Project Operations. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse and Dynamics 365 customization.



- Experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: - Power Automate - Canvas Apps - Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and.NET development. - Understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and data migration concepts. - Familiarity with security roles, business rules, workflows, and solution management. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal). - Knowledge of software development engineering practices including: - Version Control (Git/Azure DevOps) - Software Documentation - Testing Concepts and Quality Assurance Preferred Qualifications - Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 certifications. - Experience with Azure services and Azure DevOps. - Experience with PCF Controls. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments. - Knowledge of Project Management and Professional Services business processes.
