- Design and develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js .
- Architect and manage NoSQL databases using MongoDB .
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery cycles.
- Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and Agile ceremonies.
Required Skills :
- Strong experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js .
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+) concepts.
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with frontend state management (Redux/Context API).
- Knowledge of authentication mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).
- Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
- Good understanding of software design patterns and clean coding practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Knowledge of Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with TypeScript.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Exposure to scalable system design and production deployments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack development.
- Prior experience leading projects or mentoring developers is preferred.
