Set up Data Cloud components like Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and data transformations.
- Manage customer identity resolution by configuring harmonization, unification, and deduplication.
- Build Calculated Insights and Segments for analytics and personalized targeting.
- Integrate data from external systems through connectors, APIs, and ingestion pipelines.
- Design and maintain data models while ensuring data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Activate Data Cloud data to Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud, Personalization, and other Salesforce apps.
- Collaborate with data, marketing, and CRM teams, troubleshoot issues, and support UAT and deployments.
