The Closing Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the entire property closing process, ensuring smooth transactions between buyers, sellers, developers, banks, and legal teams. The role involves coordinating documentation, compliance, payment processing, and registration activities to ensure timely and successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end property closing activities for residential and commercial real estate transactions.
- Coordinate with sales teams, customers, channel partners, banks, legal advisors, and developers to facilitate smooth closures.
- Verify and maintain all transaction-related documents and agreements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RERA regulations, and legal requirements.




- Track customer payments and coordinate with finance teams for timely collections.
- Follow up with customers for pending documents, payments, and registration formalities.
- Schedule and manage property registration and possession processes.
- Resolve customer concerns related to documentation, payment schedules, and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS reports on closures, collections, and pending cases.
- Work closely with sales and operations teams to achieve monthly closure targets.
- Monitor deal pipelines and ensure timely conversion from booking to final registration.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
