**Role Summary:

The Interior Designer will support the end-to-end design development for high-rise residential interiors, from space planning and working drawings to material selection and basic BOQs. You will translate design intent into accurate, coordinated drawings and presentations that can be executed efficiently on site. This role is ideal for a recent B.Arch graduate looking to build solid technical and practical exposure in residential interior design within a structured, project-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare 2D interior layouts, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, and sections in AutoCAD for residential apartments and common areas.
- Assist in developing detailed interior working drawings and schedules (finishes, doors, wardrobes, kitchens, toilets, etc.) aligned with architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Support senior designers in preparing mood boards, material palettes, and basic BOQs for finishes, fixtures, and loose furniture for developer approvals.
- Coordinate with site engineers, vendors, and MEP/structural consultants to clarify design intent, resolve basic clashes, and incorporate site feedback into drawings.
- Participate in design review meetings with the internal team and client representatives, updating drawings and presentations based on comments.
- Conduct occasional site visits in Miyapur to understand execution constraints, check drawing implementation, and flag quality or detailing issues for correction.
- Maintain drawing standards, version control,



and documentation in line with company QA processes to minimize rework and ensure smooth handover of design packages.

**Key Requirement:

- 1-3 years of experience in interior design or architectural design, preferably on residential or high-rise projects (internships can be considered)
- Strong portfolio/academic work demonstrating residential interior planning, furniture layouts, and basic detailing

- Proficiency in 2D drafting and preparation of interior working drawings (plans, elevations, sections) using CAD tools
- Ability to develop mood boards, material palettes, and basic BOQs for finishes and fixtures under guidance
- Willingness to coordinate with site teams, vendors, and MEP/structural consultants to resolve design-related queries
- Good understanding of basic building materials, finishes, and joinery concepts relevant to residential interiors
- Comfort working in a hybrid model with occasional site visits to Miyapur, Hyderabad as required
