- Design and develop scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java and Spring Boot :

- Build and maintain secure, reliable RESTful APIs :

- Lead technical design discussions and contribute to system architecture decisions

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews

- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environment

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6-8 years of experience in backend/full stack development

- Strong proficiency in Java (Core Java, Multithreading, Collections) :

- Extensive experience with Spring Boot & Spring ecosystem :

- Hands-on experience in Microservices architecture :





- Solid understanding of REST APIs and distributed systems :

- Experience with MySQL (query optimization, indexing) :

- Familiarity with frontend (React / JS) is a plus

- Proficiency with Git and SDLC practices

Good to Have Skills :

- AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, Serverless) :

- Docker / Kubernetes :

- CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) :

- Kafka / event-driven systems
