About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and product execution. You will play a key role in understanding client requirements, converting them into structured workflows, and ensuring smooth implementation within BNBRun ERP.

This role is not just about documentation it’s about ownership, clarity, and driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand and analyze business requirements across modules like: HRMS & Attendance, Recruitment & Hiring, CRM & Sales, Inventory, Purchase & POS, Support Ticketing
- Interact with: Clients to gather requirements, Internal teams (dev, QA, sales, support)
- Convert requirements into: BRD (Business Requirement Documents), User stories, Process flows / workflows
- Create clear: Feature specifications, Acceptance criteria, Use cases
- Work closely with developers to: Explain requirements, Clarify edge cases, Ensure correct implementation
- Support QA team during: Testing phase, UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Identify gaps in current product and suggest improvements
- Assist in product roadmap discussions

Required Skills :





- Strong understanding of business processes (important)

- Experience in requirement gathering & documentation :

- Ability to convert business needs into clear workflows :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management

- Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

Good to Have

- Experience with ERP / SaaS products
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, database, system flow)
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Notion, ClickUp, etc.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum
