About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Independently lead and manage internal audits, statutory audits, bank audits, and other assurance engagements from planning through report closure.
- Lead, mentor, and review audit teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Review financial records, internal controls, business processes, and compliance with statutory, regulatory, and taxation requirements.
- Discuss audit findings with client management, resolve audit issues, and finalize high-quality audit reports.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional skilled service.
- Travel to client locations, including outstation assignments, as required.
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (mandatory)
- 6-10 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, statutory audit, bank audits, or assurance services.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple audit engagements, lead teams, and drive report closures.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting, banking operations, corporate laws, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting,



and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, report-writing, client management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software, and other relevant IT tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
