Position: Billing & Revenue Control Executive

Location: Kanjurmarg, Mumbai

CTC: ₹3.00 Lakhs to ₹4.80 Lakhs per annum (based on capability and experience)

Experience Required: 5 to 6 Years

About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and disciplined professional who can take complete ownership of customer billing, POD follow-up, billing controls, revenue protection and customer coordination.

This role requires a person who can work with data, communicate effectively with customers and branches, maintain strict process discipline and ensure billing is completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete customer billing within defined timelines.
- Follow up for PODs and ensure timely document collection.
- Verify billing data, rates, approvals and supporting documents.
- Track detention, adhoc expenses and billing exceptions.
- Coordinate with customers regarding billing requirements and documentation.
- Work closely with operations, branch teams and accounts department.
- Maintain billing MIS, pending billing reports and ageing reports.
- Support collections through accurate and timely billing.
- Ensure GST compliance in billing processes.




- Identify gaps and improve billing controls and reporting systems.
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Good understanding of GST, billing processes and accounting fundamentals.
- Excellent Excel skills are mandatory.
- Ability to work with data, reports and MIS.
- Ability to handle customers and internal teams professionally.
- Strong ownership, accountability and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, manufacturing or service industry will be preferred.
