Job Summary We are looking for an aggressive, self-motivated, and highly mobile Field Sales Executive to drive our ground-level client acquisition. In this role, you will step out of the office to build direct relationships with local business owners, logistics operators, and contractors. You will be responsible for mapping commercial hubs, generating high-ticket leads for loans and insurance, selling digital tokens, and closing monthly retainers for our bookkeeping and staffing verticals. Key Responsibilities On-Field Market Mapping: Conduct daily field visits to industrial pockets, transport bypass corridors, mining hubs, and wholesale markets across the Rewa region to identify prospective B2B clients. Direct B2B Pitching: Meet face-to-face with decision-makers (Fleet Owners, Contractors, Managing Directors) to position our comprehensive service portfolio: Commercial Vehicle Refinancing, Business Loans, and Loans Against Property (LAP). Asset Insurance (Fleet, Fire, Marine, and Corporate Health packages). Class 3 Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) Tokens for e-tendering. Outsourced Tally Data Entry & HR Manpower deployment. Channel Partner Development: Build strategic tie-ups with practicing Chartered Accountants (CAs), local transport union leads, and tax consultants to secure steady business references. Document Collection & Liaison:



Handhold clients through the preliminary onboarding process—collecting KYC, asset details, and financial papers required by our central credit and compliance desk. Pipeline Coordination: Coordinate closely with the inside Tele-Sales desk to follow up on pre-qualified leads and close deals on the ground. Requirements & Qualifications Assets Mandatory: Must own a reliable Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License and an Android Smartphone. Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in field sales, direct marketing, or business development (prior experience in Commercial Vehicle Loans, LAP, CASA, B2B software, or Industrial Insurance is highly preferred). Local Knowledge: Deep geographical familiarity with Rewa city and surrounding industrial/logistics corridors (Sidhi, Satna, Mauganj). Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in Hindi. Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Graduation in Business, Commerce, or Marketing is preferred.
