Core Responsibilities

- Teaching & Curriculum : Deliver high-quality instruction, develop course materials (syllabi, lectures, assessments), and guide student projects.
- Research & Publication : Conduct independent research, publish in peer-reviewed academic journals, and present findings at conferences.
- Mentorship : Advise students on academic and career goals, including guiding thesis and dissertation work.
- Service & Administration : Participate in departmental meetings, university committees, and academic events like seminars and workshops.
- Specialization : Specific focus areas might include political economy, comparative politics, or qualitative research methods. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Qualifications

- Education : Ph.D. in Political Science /M.A(Political Science) plus NET/SET qualification in specific contexts.
- Experience : Proven teaching experience at the college or university level is highly valued.
- Skills : Robust research capabilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in using digital tools for teaching.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
