Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee last-mile delivery operations
- Manage dispatch center activities
- Supervise and lead delivery teams
- Plan and process daily shipments
- Ensure timely delivery of shipments
- Perform operational audits and handle cash transactions
- Maintain service quality and operational efficiency

Salary :

- Team Lead: ₹25,000 - ₹32,000 per month (Take-Home)
- Assistant Team Lead: ₹20,000 per month (Take-Home)
