- Welcome and assist customers visiting the jewelry showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewelry products (gold, diamond, silver, etc.).
- Demonstrate products and explain features, quality, and pricing.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
- Handle billing coordination and ensure smooth purchase transactions.
- Maintain proper display of jewelry items and showroom cleanliness.
- Assist in inventory checking and stock management.
- Follow company policies for product handling and security.
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, schemes, and promotions.
- Record customer details for future follow-ups and repeat sales.

Qualifications :
- Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Prior experience in retail sales (jewelry or luxury retail preferred)
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Experience
- 0-3 years in retail sales (Jewelry showroom experience preferred)
