The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for delivering premium hospitality services to patients and their families , ensuring a warm, comfortable, and supportive environment throughout their hospital stay.
This role focuses on guest experience, comfort, and service excellence , similar to hospitality standards in luxury hotels.
- Welcome patients and visitors warmly at the hospital.
- Assist patients with admission and room allocation .
- Escort patients and families to their rooms when required.
1. Patient Comfort & Experience
- Regularly check patient rooms to ensure comfort.
- Coordinate with nursing staff for patient requirements.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper room setup.
- Guest Relations
- Address patient or family concerns politely.
- Ensure a pleasant and reassuring environment for expecting mothers.
- Provide information about hospital services and facilities.
- Service Coordination
- Coordinate meals, housekeeping, and other hospitality services.
- Assist in smooth patient discharge and feedback collection.
- Hospital Ambience & Presentation
- Ensure reception and patient areas maintain premium hospitality standards .
- Maintain personal grooming and professional appearance at all times.

- Aviation / Ground Staff

Experience
Preferred :1-3 years experience in hospitality, hotels, or guest services
Freshers from hotel management institutes may also apply.
