Key Responsibilities:Inventory Management

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming medical devices and materials
- Check items against purchase orders and delivery challans
- Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/inventory system
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconciliations
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about shortages

Storage & Handling

- Ensure proper storage conditions as per product requirements
- Follow FIFO/FEFO (First Expiry First Out) practices
- Label and organize stock properly
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the store area

Dispatch & Documentation

- Prepare materials for dispatch as per sales/production orders
- Generate delivery challans and maintain dispatch records
- Coordinate with logistics partners for timely deliveries
- Maintain documentation as per ISO/GMP guidelines (if applicable)

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure adherence to medical device regulatory standards
- Maintain batch-wise and expiry-wise tracking
- Assist during internal and external audits

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
