Job Title :IR Executive - Payroll & Compliance**

Location : Surat Company : UNILIFT Cargo System Pvt. Ltd.

We are hiring an HR / IR Executive with 1-2 years of experience in payroll processing and statutory compliance .

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in salary processing and payroll coordination :

- Handle PF, ESIC, Qualified Tax (PT), and Workmen Compensation (WC) compliance

- Manage Full & Final (FnF) settlements :

- Maintain attendance records and policy tracking :

- Support labour law documentation and compliance records

Requirements :

- 1-2 years of experience in HR Operations / IR / Payroll

- Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, WC, FnF, and attendance management :

- Immediate Joiners preferred
