About Gurukul Child Development Centre

Gurukul is an emerging leader in neurodevelopmental support, expanding into Nagpur. Founded by a Psychology professional, we bridge the gap between clinical therapy and academic readiness. We are looking for a dedicated professional to lead our Nagpur operations and grow with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

- Clinical Leadership : Lead the daily therapy operations for children with Autism, ADHD, and Intellectual Disabilities.
- Assessment & IEPs : Conduct initial functional assessments and design 3-month Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Staff Supervision : Oversee and train 1-2 Junior Assistants (Facilitators) to ensure high-quality care.
- Parent Partnership : Conduct monthly progress meetings with parents to discuss goals and home-based carryover.
- Documentation : Maintain digital records of child progress for RCI and RPwD compliance.

Qualifications (mandatory)

- Education : B.Ed. or D.Ed. in Special Education (IDD/MR or Autism preferred).
- Registration : Must possess a valid RCI CRR Number .




- Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or special school setting (Freshers with strong internship records are welcome).
- Skills : Proficiency in Marathi/Hindi/English; basic digital skills for progress tracking.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week
