We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to lead and expand our school admissions outreach operations . The primary responsibility of the AGM is to significantly increase student admissions through strategic field activities, team leadership, and effective public outreach.

This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong execution ability, field involvement, and the capability to build and manage a motivated admissions team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive student admissions by planning and executing robust field-level outreach strategies.
- Recruit, train, and manage PROs (Public Relations Officers) to actively generate admission leads.
- Build a highly motivated field team focused on achieving ambitious admission targets.
- Ensure all PROs are actively working in the field , meeting parents, students, and communities.
- Provide continuous monitoring, guidance, and motivation to ensure the team delivers maximum results.
- Track daily progress, review field activities, and ensure consistent performance improvement across the team.




- Develop innovative strategies to expand admission reach in surrounding areas .
- Maintain strict accountability and performance standards for all team members.
- Ensure that admission targets are achieved through disciplined execution and strong leadership .
